Email sending at cost

Every plan includes 10 free email sends per month. Beyond that, outbound campaign and transactional email is billed at cost: £1.50 per 1,000 sends.

That's our wholesale rate from Postmark, passed straight through. No markup, no tier games. A typical 5-seat business sending a weekly newsletter to 2,000 contacts pays about £12 a year. If you prefer, connect your own SMTP provider and send nothing through us.

Frequently asked questions

Can I change plans?

Yes. Upgrade at any time and get instant access to the new features. Your billing is prorated so you only pay the difference. Downgrade at any time and the change takes effect at the end of your billing period.

What happens when my trial ends?

Your data is safe. You just won't be able to create or edit anything until you choose a plan. You can export your data at any time. There's no pressure — pick a plan when you're ready.

How does billing work?

We bill monthly per active user on your account, with a minimum of 3 users per tenant. Payment is collected via Stripe using your saved card. You'll receive an invoice each month. Pay annually and get 2 months free — 12 months for the price of 10.

What counts as a user?

Any team member who can log in to your workspace. Portal contacts (your clients) don't count as users — they're free and unlimited on every plan. The minimum is 3 users per tenant.

How do extra users work?

Add or remove seats whenever you like. Each additional user is billed at the same per-user rate as your plan (£19 on Concorbit, £39 on Pro, £49 on Agency). Changes are prorated to your current billing period, so you're never paying for a whole month of a seat you used for two days. On the Agency plan, sub-tenants are billed separately at £29 each per month.

What's the email sending cost about?

Every plan includes 10 free outbound sends per month for testing. Beyond that, campaign and transactional email (your newsletters, invoice emails, ticket replies) is billed at our wholesale Postmark rate: £1.50 per 1,000 sends. No markup. A small business sending a 2,000-person weekly newsletter pays around £12 a year. If you'd rather run your own SMTP server or Mailgun/SendGrid account, connect it in Settings and send zero emails through us.

Is there a setup fee or onboarding cost?

No. Every plan comes with self-serve onboarding, full documentation, and in-app walkthroughs. Agency plan includes a white-glove onboarding call. You can import contacts, invoices, and products via CSV on day one.

When are the “coming soon” features shipping?

We build in public. Live today: CRM, Portal, Vault, Email, Billing, Proposals and quotes, Docs, Projects, Helpdesk, Claims, Service catalogue, Renewals, Timesheets, Canvas. Shipping next: Job costs & profits, Forms, Analytics, Automation, Xero/QuickBooks sync, Autotask and Datto RMM bridges. We don't pad the platform with placeholders — everything we charge for either works today or has a date next to it.

Can I cancel any time?

Yes. No lock-in contracts. Cancel from your subscription settings and you'll retain access until the end of your billing period. Your data stays available for export.
